Ruta del Cid
In the XI-XII centuries the Taifa of Zaragoza was one of the most important of Al-Andalus as well as artistic and intellectual center. In his exile from land towards the east of Burgos, the Cid up between the river valleys and Jiloca Jalón. Cidiano itinerary in the province of Zaragoza reveals the importance of water in the Middle Ages. The medieval town was founded by Arab Yemenis in s.VIII, preserved walled doors, a Romanesque church, Gothic and Mudejar art paintings. According to Song, defeating the Muslims in Alcocer the Cid bypassed large populations of these meadows and gardens for what is believed walkers followed a route from Ateca by Brown saw past the beautiful Munébrega and also reached Daroca.
